cadillac escalade trunk not locking?
I have a 2006 cadillac escalade and the trunk won't lock it closes and opens when I lock the escalade the doors lock but the trunk doesn't I have tried locking it from the drivers side manually and it still won't lock thanks.

The "Spring," in the "Trunk Latch," came off, or it got a little stretched. Open your trunk, remove the "Plastic Cover," that's on the "Trunk Latch," there you will find a "Small Spring." Get a small pair of "Needle Nose Pliers," and re-attach the "Spring."
