Trouble connecting refurbished xbox to xbox live?
My son got a refurbished xbox and keeps getting an error message that he can't connect to the internet...tried troubleshooting....is there something in the settings on this xbox that could be preventing him from connecting? If so ...how would he reset his xbox to default??

go to network connection and test the connection to the net. i believe u can rest it. but all his saved games will be gone. i wouldnt do it. and if that doesnt work u can always send it back to the store and get another one.
