I got caught stealing, will it be on my criminal record?

BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!! i swear i will never do it again. so i was caught at tj maxx. i stole 2 shirts & it was a total of like $25-28. they had me fill out a paper with like my name, adress, and phone #. the police came and said if my parents didnt come i would have to spend a nite 0.0 so my parents came really pissed off & then i was just basically sent a letter with a fee of $300. for two ******* shirts. -___- never doing that again. so i paid it and i was 14 at the time. now im 15 & i want to get a job next year so will it affect anything with getting a job? is it on a record? will it be erased when im 18? btw, there was no court date, i just had to pay, thats it.
