Is Lysine an amino acid that is essential for Lysosomes?

I just figured that since the word "Lyse" is usually used when refering to the death of a cell/cell part if the amino acid Lysine was involved in the enzymes that lyse foreign particles in the cell.

    Here is a picture of an example of a lysosome enzyme:

    As you can see, there are many amino acids in this protein. It is very likely that Lys is present in many, if not all, of the enzymes in a lysosomes, but to my knowledge and according to my research, there is no connection between their names.
