How to do you add music from I-tunes library to I-pod?
I have several music files on my computer which I transferred to I-tunes library but I don't know how to add those files to my Ipod. The ipod already synced to I-tunes. Only serious answers please. Thanks in advanced for all your help!

I never sync. My ipod is always set for manual management of music and video. I just drag and drop the files from the main itunes window onto the ipod tab on the side of the window.

To make sure syncing music is turned click your ipod in itunes and then click the music tab and make sure the Sync Music box is checked.
