I think you mean 1/(√7 - √3).
1/(√7 - √3) • (√7 + √3)/(√7 + √3) = (√7 + √3)/(7 - 3) = (√7 + √3)/4

1/â7 - â3 is not the same as 1/(â7-â3). Remember PEDMAS?
Since it's not an equation, I assume the problem is to rationalize the denominator. If that's not correct, you should state your question instead of leaving it for someone to assume what you want.
1/(â7-â3) = (â7+â3)/(7-3) =(1/4)(â7+â3)
