Ugly People: What keeps you alive?

My brain.

It gets hard sometimes, but at least I consider myself to be an intellectual and mock stupid, socially accepted 'pretty' people.

Because I don't live for other people. Especially people who would belittle me because of something so superficial!

I have dreams just like everyone else. I have a right to my life and I will do what I want and everyone who doesn't think I can or should because I'm not good-looking can jump off a bridge.

I may not be pretty but at least I respect myself and don't cause people to contemplate suicide!

It doesn't matter how people treat you. Treat yourself with respect and love and you will get that in return. Show people that you're stronger than that.

Life's not about physical appearance. I know this is so cliche, but it really is all about the inside.

You don't need their acceptance to be happy.

i was fat with a lot of acne until my junior year. if you have acne and have medical insurance your doctor will perscribe antibiotics that will get rid of it. if you have a big head because your over wheight start exercising. my family actually started refering to me as "chuncky munkey" and when a relative called me fat *** i decided i was going to do something about it.

even if your a guy, you can wear makeup, like face makeup, but make it look really natural so no one can tell

bad body images can really ruin a person but just keep in mind, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, that means what is pretty or ugly is dependant on each individuals opinion.

make a list of what you like about yourself, anything, and focus on that.

if there are things you can change do it.

grow your hair for a bit then have it styled to complement your face and head shape.

You just need to find someone who really cares because theres other people who feel the same way and everyone needs someone!

School is a hard time for people with low self esteem, seriously, its mostly the other classmates who ruin peoples lives so if you try to stay strong, once you get outta there, or get to a new environment or grow up, people stop being that retarded. They dont realize how it hurts people or brings them down because they only think about how they think it is fun.

Your view or other peoples view of ugly is not always the same for everyone. So what?! People make fun of you for the way you look. Try to be confident. Ignore them. Not every person has the same opinion. What can be ugly to one, can be beautiful or handsome to another. I suggest you try to be more confident, and ignore them. Their ignorant people. Girls like a guy who show's he has some confidence. It's not all about looks, I promise. There are girls out there who actually like a guy based on his personality. Maybe he's funny, outgoing, and kind hearted. Not everyone will judge someone based on looks, and people who do are shallow.

Don't worry about what they say. The only one who matters is you. Remember, Eleanor Roosevelt once said "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent". I know its hard to ignore people and I know its a lie to say it doesn't bother you and get you down. But the only thing that matter is what you think of you. Never mind everyone else. Do what you gotta do and be someone great in the world :)

If teachers are making fun of you then they are in a lot of trouble its against school policy its considered bulling .No ones ugly,Dont let them get you down I was always called ugly i did,nt care Its what you have in your heart and how you treat others.I pay no mind to them and neither should you .You owe them nothing we not here to live up to others expectations,If you stoop to their level then you are like them they will try to bring you down it is them with the low selfesteem, so they need to make others miserable because its them that has a lousey life ,.They do it because you will let , them but dont let them ,dont even think about them pretend and walk past them like they are not there if they can get the best of you they will if you let them,.
