If it smells spoiled don't drink it. Otherwise, the taste will be different but it won't hurt you.
You may want to switch to a combination of powdered milk and real milk. It will stretch a gallon of milk and the taste isn't too bad.

nutrients would not immediately bypass undesirable on the expiration date. it is fullyyt a date they positioned on nutrients to coach that assessments have shown that nutrients, appropriate stored, will stay fit to be eaten a minimum of that long. Milk will actual stay stable a lot previous the expiration date whether that's stored in the refrigerator. you are able to many times tell while milk has long gone undesirable by smelling or tasting it. bitter milk could style undesirable in spite of the undeniable fact that it is not going to furnish you nutrients poisoning. regardless of each thing, it is how they make buttermilk, bitter cream, etc.

Perhaps you should know that the date on the cartoon is a "best" estimate. I always smell/test taste my milk before drinking, especially when the "date" is close.

Well that's two different issues... The first one, is will you get sick and the answer is "no." The second is it OK to still drink it... I guess you could, but you might want to put it into something you're cooking rather than just drink it out of the glass.
