Umm... what bass? That's a guy doing drums with his voice. It's called beat box.
There's no bass. There's someone playing jazzy guitar chords at like volume 2, compared to the singing and beatbox at 10. If the "person" you're talking about is the cartoon character then, well, you're talking about a cartoon character.
