I really don't see why it would've mattered how tall they ended up being. And if it did pose a problem, there are ways to deal with that. They can use forced perspective to alter how tall a person appears. Think Lord of the Rings and how short Sean Astin and Elijah Wood and the others were made to look.

yeah, make them shorter on the computer, theyve done that with daniel.
they do that with beyonce to make her look taller, and anyway what the hell are u talking about they go to a casting and see how tall a person is. kjaskg ;S
