She is Admittedly Not Gay?
Ok, so, this is a little complicated. I'm madly in love with my best friend. She is beautiful, smart, and funny as hell. We are both in junior high, so we (especially me) don't have a lot of romantic experience. One day we were joking around about a book series in which a lesbian girl is in love with one of her friends, and my friend said very seriously: "Well, I'm NOT gay!" I knew she wasn't gay beforehand, but it just hurt so much more hearing t straight-up. Help? Thanks.

The fact is that the truth hurts. You just need to realise that us homosexuals have a problem in which we fall for straight people, it happens often. It hurts too. =[ But one day you will find another gay female and you will be happy.
