Could President Obama pick Clinton as his running mate? Why or why not? 10 points?

I'm thinking not, but why not? Where in the Constitution does it say so?

If you're thinking Hillary Clinton then sure, no problem as far as the Constitution is concerned.

If you're thinking Bill Clinton then no, he's not eligible to be President again so he cannot run for Vice President (the 12th Amendment specifies that if you're not eligible to be President then you're also not eligible to be Vice President).

Very interesting question. Cannot find anything in the Constitution to prevent a former two term President from becoming Vice President.

There is no question however that for example President Carter could be holding such a position since he also could be running for President again or H.W. Bush for example.

Will dig in to research that.

Bill no and I don't think anyone in their right mind would want Hillary.
