Perhaps and Embraer ERJ 135, 140 or 145. All have that 1-2 seating arrangement. Their EMB version likewise has some with the same arrangement.
A Saab 340 has that as well.

Embraer is a Brazilian company that makes the regional jets used by many airlines for shorter or less popular routes. I've flown in Embraers on multiple occasions, and the configuration was one seat on the left side of the aisle and two on the right (as you face the front of the plane). It's actually a nice option for a solo traveler who isn't in the mood to chat with a stranger in the next seat. However, bags which are ok as carryons on bigger jets often end up being gate-checked on these regional jets because the overhead bins are too small to hold them.

I think it's the Embraer 120 that you're talking about, the 120 has two across seating on one side of the plane and one seat on the opposite side:

Otherwise, Bombardier and deHavilland are names of commuter jet companies with French sounding names although not made in France.

maximum planes now do have a row 13, yet while some nevertheless do no longer, its completely through fact of superstition. it truly is an identical reason many homes won't have a thirteenth floor. no longer something rational or real in the back of it.

What a pity my namesake doesn't KNOW how to spell know! If it's your language, Ian and you are going to scream every time someone uses their own language then at least get your own use of the language right!
To answer your question. I think it might be the Fokker 50. I know KLM used them for their CityLink service.
