Yes you wear your ribbons still. Think real hard about it buddy. I got out NAVY, and was doing the reserves. It sucked and I went back in. While in the reserves I had a friend that got out of the Navy MM3 and went in the Army, well he was back as a reservist MM3 tell me how bad the Army was. Dude they are different. I'm sure some things are better, but I here it is even more baby sitting than the Nav. I'm working with a guy that is prior Coast G. and he wears all his shi# he earned there.
Good luck what ever you do!
Joe is an MA and doesn't know much. I'm positive you wear your ribbons!

it used to be extremely easy to jump Blue to Green. No Longer.
if you must reclass, you will lose a paygrade.
you must qualify for whatever MOS you want and they must have need of it. at one point they only took you if you were fully qualified in a Navy Rating that directly translated to an Understrength MOS, such as HM- 68W
some ribbons/medals can be worn on the Army uniform.

I don't think you can wear you weapons ribbons, but everything else is Okay. I would think long and hard about joining a service where you crap in a hole in the ground, that you dug to sleep in and get to shower a week later.
