Does anyone recognize this movie?

Awhile ago I watched a documentary about the history of horror films. There was a montage of different clips, with the typical stuff (Silence of the Lambs, Exorcist, Nosferatu etc) and then there was a clip from a silent film. The quality of the film was pretty grainy, and if I had to guess I'd say it was probably pre-20's, somewhere between 1908-1920. The only part I saw was this thing that kind of reminded me of Frank, the bunny from Donnie Darko. It was wrapped in bandages, which made me think it might be some early version of The Mummy, but I can't be sure. It stood there for a few seconds, and then it turned and just stared at the camera. That's all it showed, but it scared the **** out of me and now I want to see the whole thing. so, does anyone think they might know where this is from?
