WHY is it illegal to give someone AIDS?

I could just lie and say it was an accident couldn't I?

NO YOU COULDN'T! Let me put it this way, giving AIDS to somebody is like torturing then once he/she dies it's like a murder & not even the worlds best lawyer can save you unless you get fake evidence but you'll be caught some day! Too bad anyway, the court will take a blood test too & if your HIV-Positive, you are so dead! Jail for life my friend! or death!

how would it be an accident?

its impossible for it to be an accident.

you wont get arrested if you didn't know you had aids and gave it away, but if you had records that already confirmed you had aids, then youd be arrested.

its illegal because we're trying to stop the spread of aids.

If you know you have AIDs, your medical records will show you knew you had it....so if you infect someone..they can sue you for alot of money.

    Sure!

Then the prosecutor can subpoena your medical records and show the court that you've been tested and told that you're HIV-positive.

Then you'll be on the hook for perjury too. Have fun!

Because when they die it will be your fault. It's murder. Why would you want to anyway?
