What is a cute car for a sixteen year old girl?
I'm looking at getting my first car. I'm a 16 year old female. I want a car that is a coupe (4 seater) and one that is newer. No older than a 2009 and it has to be very nice and "sporty" looking.
I'm not looking for "smart" answers. I want actual answers based on my question.

Your question is really too vague to answer. It would depend entirely on what your definition of "cute" would be.
But the answer really depends on the amount of money you have saved to spend on this car. If you don't plan to spend your own money but instead rely on someone else to pay, you will take what they get and can not dictate it has to be nice, sporty, and almost new.
At at 16 it may be yours to drive, but to get insurance at a decent rate it will be a parent's car with you named as a driver.
That's as actual as it gets. And by the way, average price on a two year old vehicle that meets your specifications will be around $30,000. Good luck with that.

A 16 year old is lucky to have any car. Must be nice to have that type of car as an option for you.
