There is a couple of standard equation that make life easier for this calculation ..
Find launch velocity from the range equation .. R = u².sin2θ /g
u² = Rg /sin 2θ .. .. u² = (220 x 9.80) / sin90 .. u = 46.43 m/s
Use the time equation .. t = 2u.sinθ/g
t = (2 x 46.43 x sin45) / 9.80 .. .. t = 6.70 s
