The Muppet show on DVD?

Saturday was Jim's 75th birthday and it got me to wonder. Why haven't the last couple of seasons been released on DVD? Why where some of the musical performances cut from season 1? Disney must really want to milk this for all its worth.

    I'm not sure about why the last few (two?) seasons haven't been released yet, but if I remember correctly, the reason some musical numbers were cut was due to no longer having the copyrights.
