Is it wrong to want to spend time with my bf?

So today ive been at work all day, i come home hes been sleeping.. i just want to spend alittle bit of time with him and he says he doesnt care .. if hes tired hes just going to sleep. so he wakes up while im in the other room and doesnt even tell me hes awake.. so hes been up watching tv.. knowing i wanted to spend time, why wouldnt he tell me he is awake? its been basically 3 hrs and he hasnt made any attempt to spend time with me as a gf. maybe i am overracting, but what gf doesnt want to spend time with her bf, especially one she lives with. i just feel like we dnt feel as strongly about each other. he says i fake my feelings, but i cry all the time over him cause im hurt. i feel like actions speak louder than words and he doesnt love or care about me like he says he does.
