i have these marks on my beats by dre?
so i got these white beats dr dr. dre solo hd from best buy and these these purple marks on them i've tried to use the clean cloth that came with them nothing happened i tried a wet tissue nothing happened now think these are permanent marker stains and was wondering how i can safely remove them from my beats i dont want to exchange them because i already did but if i cant do anything else i will

Unfortunately, country to country, legislation in regards to Consumer Protection Laws and Fair Trade Practices varies. BY LAW, here in Australia, if an item is defected, the retailer MUST exchange, replace or refund you the purchase.
Chase it up, nothing is worse than spending money on something that doesn't work or is ruined before you get the chance to use it.
