should i get madden 12 over ncaa 12? (10 pts)?
im not sure, im really interested in the ultimate team thing on madden, but the quality on ncaa looks better. HELP!

I have both for the Xbox 360 and I like them both a lot, NCAA 12 has a really fun Road To Glory mode and dynasty is fun to but the graphics are only little improved over last years.
Madden 12 has amazing graphics and Dynasty mode is really fun as is Superstar mode, if you are getting it for online play then I would suggest Madden 12 but if you want to go through RTG mode then get NCAA 12 and you can graduate your player and transfer him to Madden 12 and play him in superstar mode. As you can tell I don't play these games online I play the other game modes so I really can't speak for multiplayer but I do know Madden 12 has a more competitive and more options for online multiplayer.
