Ho do I include a link when answering a question?

Your 1st example is perfect, you are not doing anything wrong. Your link is not showing because you are still at level 1. Yahoo did this because of people opening accounts for just 1 day to answer questions with spam and virus links.

Once you reach level 2, yahoo will allow your links to show. :)

In order to cut spam to post a hyperlink to photo bucket, Flickr or any other site you must be at least on the 2nd level, minimum 250 points. When you reach that level: Left click on the URL to highlight it then right click and from the drop down menu left click on copy then go to where you want to put the URL, right click and from the drop down menu left click paste then double space.

Please keep in mind, "rate me" type questions are violations for chatting.

The reason your links are not clickable is due to the fact that you are level 1. Yahoo limited the facilites of level 1s due to all the spammers on this site. Once you have reached level 2 (250 points) then your links will be clickable. If anyone wants to use your links that they will have to copy and paste them.
