    Teddy was the ahole that started the progresive party.Progressives are evil.

    He worked with Unions--coal strike of 1902

    He supported Pure Food and Drug Act

    He supported Railroad Regulation Elkins Act, Hepburn Act

    He went after the Trusts (big businesses) Northern Trust Case

    He invited Booker T. Washington, the black leader, to the White House

    He supported Women's Suffrage

    He supported Conservation

    He was a true Republican Progressive! He believed government could be used as a force for good in this country!

    Teddy was an anti-capitalist president who was the first person to regulate the economy through his Square Deal policies that resulted in the creation of the FDA.
