How are men's clothes measured.I find a 32/30 in blue jeans comfy but my waist size is 36 (at belly button) and when I measure the jeans that fit they are 36" and the tag says 32??? also when I measure a shirt sleeve (seam to end of cuff) its 24" but I can't find any thing with a 24"sleeve length that has a 16"neck do they measure from the center of the shoulder or what
