What does OST mean when it's referring to couples?

I often hear people on the internetz saying how this or that couple is their OST (such as Draco and Hermione from Harry Potter). What does it mean?

    Are you sure it's OST and not OTP? OST stands for 'Original Soundtrack', and refers to CDs that include music from the film.

    OTP refers to 'one true pairing'. It is used to describe two people who are 'meant to be together'.
