Pumpkin Cookies Recipe?

Do you think- or know- if it would work if I made cookies using a bag of the Betty Crocker Oatmeal Cookie Mix and a can of pumpkin (and, if needed, water)? Do you have any suggested ratio?

Experiment by using a cake pan and making bar cookies. That way it wouldn't matter if it turns out more pudding-like. If it's harder, that would be OK, too.

I think that a whole can (almost 2 cups) is way too much pumpkin. I would try adding maybe 1/2 cup, and some pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon. Then use the amount of butter, egg, and water the recipe calls for.

Around 3:1, other wise it might fall apart. Make sure the pieces are small. I think it should work:)

    Good luck
