I was with her for ten months. We were both each other's first boy/girlfriend, lost our virginity to each other, and shared amazing moments together. We're in a long-distance relationship now that she's in a college about three hours away.
It's only been a week and she breaks up with me last night saying things like:
"I want you to be happy with somebody else who you can see more often"
"I'm not sure if I love you anymore"
"I need some space"
I'm so hurt. I did not see this coming at all.
I know, it sounds like it's dead and over. But if she loved me before, she can love me again, right?
Please help! I really miss her and I don't wanna lose her.
We still remain friends, and we're really close, and I was planning on visiting her next week, and she said she'd still like it if I came.

"I need some space" are some killer words dude. She may have found someone else she likes. Sometimes not having a presence is all it takes for a girl to fall for another guy. But you won't know unless you try. I suggest visit and ask her for one last date for memories. Make it an unforgettable date for her and at the end of the date ask her if it really has to end because memories you share with her is what you cherish most. If you do make the right moves she may give it a second chance. After that, it's just about visiting her more often.
