In Scientology, who is the good guy? Who is el jefe? The big cheese?

I was thinking about Scientology, and how the story is about Xenu blowing up people with H bombs and the souls being the cause for our sicknesses and false religions and what not, and I got to wondering, do they have some sort of GOOD guy in their story? Think about like, every other religion. Maybe the main guy wasn't loved, but definitely wasn't just thought of as an evil jerk. Zeus, Odin, and God were feared, but not thought evil, they weren't the enemy. So who is Tom Cruise's Thor?

Hey Joe Schmoe (good name), since you seem to want so badly to believe all that rubbish about the Scientology religion I really hate to spoil the game for you....but here’s a factual description of Scientology for you:

(BTW it also happens to be my religion so I guess should know what it is about actually and factually . )

    Definition:

The term Scientology is taken from the Latin word "SCIO" : which means, in the fullest sense of the word, "knowing", and the Greek word "LOGOS" which simply means "study of". Literal meaning “knowing how to know”.

The subject of Scientology is further defined as :

"the study and handling of the spirit in relationship to itself, universes and other life. "

Scientology is a new religion. Less than 60 years old.It is an applied religious philosophy.

Scientology is not belief or faith based. In Scientology a truth is only true if it’s true for you, according to your own observation and experience .

It is also not a messianic religion. This means there is no worship of prophets or messiahs or gods.

No worship of good guys, bad guys ,cheesy guys or otherwise guys .LOL !

And yeah who is "el jefe" ... never heard of 'im.

L.Ron Hubbard explained fully the theology and technologies of Scientology in more than 500,000 pages of writings, including dozens of books and over 4,000 tape recorded public lectures.

You can also go to www.scientology.org for a much more detailed description of this religion.

( Or not.... fine with me if you just skip it altogether LOL !)

So sorry. Scientology is not a messianic religion, nor is it belief based. We worship no entity or prophet. Xenu or Zenu or whatever someone is sayiing it is, is not part of our philosophy. The creator IS a part of our philosophy, but what he is, is up to each individual.

Scientology IS an applied religious philosophy because it is something we DO, not believe. For example, take a look at this free on-line Handbook: It is knowledge that is meant to be USED by anyone to improve conditions in life. In this instance, is the knowledge on how to improve relationships.

You can be a believer in any religion and still use Scientology. It's all-denominational.

To me, the true evil is being told that something like the above (improving relationships or the myriiad other tools that we have in our doctrine) is some made up stories deliberately punted about to make you think it's bad.
