Need help loading aspx pages?

I have trouble loading aspx pages. This is with all browsers (Chrome, IE, FF, Opera). I am running Win7 with Microsoft Security Essentials and Kaspersky. Help?

I also have a question about the Amazon Kindle Fire

Update:

For Example, I tried logging into my irazoo account (http://www.irazoo.com/LoginIrazoo.aspx) unsuccessfully. It's not that I can't see the page, it's that I can't go further after signing in and apparently the server just stops.

    ASPX is Microsoft's .NET platform. You need to run ASPX pages on a server, served up by IIS. You can't just load them into a browser.
