Which red lipstick can I wear: fair, neutral skin and hazel eyes?

Unless you're black it's hard to pull off red lipstick. Go for a light pink or a softer red. Bright reds will look too harsh on your skin.

I think blonde hair is sexiest, but brown hair can become really sexy too. Black hair will be never sexy. It's just really uninteresting and boring and flatters few complexions. Blonde hair looks best with blue eyes.
