If you're tired of the clubs where the only girls you find look like they're from Jersey Shore, try changing the scene to a high class area where the dress code is a higher standard. Think James Bond scene.

But in a place where meeting a girl is no longer on a physical front, small talk, or smart talk, is key.

I suggest just being the nice guy for a while. Do this anywhere; in line at the grocery store, at the bus stop, anywhere at all. You can talk about anything, but the key is to talk about something that will start a conversation. For example, don't try to start with, "I like your shoes" or something, because that wont lead you any further thank "Oh, thanks." Comment on something relevant at the time that has a few options branching out. For example, if you're in 'ye olde book shoppe' as you mentioned, and you decide to bite the bullet and be "that guy," comment on the book she's holding, or the genre she's browsing in. Maybe you know the author's other works, strike up a conversation about that. Let's say Shes reading the back of Stephen King's "Under the Dome." You could say something like, "Stephen King hey? Creepy stuff... but he's got an incredible writing style..." or some relevant variation. Same goes with any place you see a nice girl, say something relevant and see where it goes.

It takes practice really, and usually you just have to improvise. If you don't know a lot about the topic, admit that ask her questions, if she's in to meeting a new guy she'll find plenty to say.

I know I know! Barnes and Noble! Omg, I have met so many smart men in there, and I wanted nothing of it, but we sat and had coffee together and chatted, oh it was beautiful. The opposite sex and chatting about everything but sex is so cool. Just be yourself and smile, catch her eye. If she decides to talk to you but sounds dumb, walk off, lol. Well nah that'd be a terrible mean move, but uh yeah you want smart you gotta choose smart. And hey not judging, but maybe you need to polish those small talk skills, small talk as I have found out leads to big talk some of the time, and smiles work wonders.

Wooooah, you need to shorten your list. It's ok to have a preference, everyone does, but you're not going to find anyone exactly like this. I think you need to open your mind a little bit. As for why you don't find 'hot' girls attractive is because they are fake, simple as that. I'm the same with 'hot' guys, I just don't get it. I'd rather have intelligence and personality over looks.

.You like what you like, but your criteria are so detailed and many that finding someone who meets them all, will be a challenge. FYI: there are TONS of women that fall between what you like and "blonde big boobed and stupid" and those are the women most guys go for. It's not this OR that, there are many millions of different combinations of looks, personality, smarts, etc.

Work is the best place, or University or College, or any type of classes. Coffee shops and book stores. As for small talk just be nice, talk about the weather or anything, a funny story. Compliments work too, just don't be too strong like "Your hot", say "You have a nice smile", but you have to mean it :)

hahah that sounds so nice,but yeah you can find a smart or nice woman in different places like shops or bookstores or coffee shops, and much more places that you might think are not like a club or bar, or even exactly what you said sumewhere that a girl might not want to be harrassed by sum guy. because for reals girls in clubs and bars thats what there looking for, and girls in example, bookstores or coffee shops tend to be shy and maybe would be intrested with someone like you but they wouldnt want them to be treated like trash or like u treated a woman in a bar or club.
