Please suggest a set of logical steps from seeing the glory of God in the heavens to the redemption by Jesus?

Thank you. I may use your answer(s) when talking with nonChristians.

Update:

To rephrase, people look at the stars (70 sextillion of them) and intuitively know they were made by a Creator, if they haven't closed their minds and if they don't believe everything they hear in school. That is perhaps their first step in belief.

step 2? Think that Creator must be holy.

step 3? Think thatCreator cannot tolerate sin.

etc. Thanks for asking for a rephrase. It clarified my thinking too.

I don't agree with some of the other respondents. Given certain knowledge there are other things which can be logically deduced.

    - See the Glory of God in the heavens

    - Accept that the level of organization is beyond 'chance'

    - Accept that there is order and design to the Creation

    - Accept the proposition that there is a Creator

    - See that there is a Creator or God

    - Determine if that God is still alive

    - Determine the nature of that God (loving, vengeful, just, unpredictable)

    - Accept that the nature of "goodness" derives from God

    - See that God is Good

    - Determine if God intended for people to be "good"

    - Determine why we are not "good"

    - How do we know what is good?

    - What would be required for us to be "good"?

    - See that I am separated from God

    - What is the nature of that separation?

    - Does God know about it?

    - Does God know me?

    - Is there a way to be reconciled?

    - See that God made a way for us to be reconciled (that isn't performance based)

    - Do I have to be "good" before that reconciliation can apply to me?

    - How can I know that it's a real offer for me?

    - Do I really want that?

    - How can I get that?

    - How do I know that I have it?

    - What do I do now?

The flow is the flow of science: if I see the order of the universe, then I can learn about the one who created order by studying creation. What I learn about the creator leads me to understand his nature, and by contrast my own.

The rest is summed up as: All who seek, find.

The Rapture of the church/ synagogue meams the believrs that are dead in Christ wil rise first to meet the Lord in the in the air. evry eye shal see him"

the logic being God promised it in detail so we see that. perhaps only the believers wil see that and be rmoved from earth.

The Lord as he comes as a thief in the night with ten thosuands of his saints will finally allow us to visualize his invisible army of angels.

    .

That is promise we are told as far as seeing the glory of God.

The bridegroom being the Lord himself and the arch angels sounding opf the trumpet/Shofar will be on this feast day of Yom Trruah/Feast of Trumpoets.

The varying methods of the sound of the Trunpet will be a claling to redemption and likely a repentance for those that remain/

With it said, every eye shalkl see him as though the witness of unbelievrs as well.

The devil try to quench the witness and even accuse God of kidnapping or some foul crime and sidetrack the witness with laws that will afflict, dishonor the Lord just as Jesus Christ was tried a common criminal.

The steps to salvation, are really simple it is pride of life and forces of farkness that largely keeps people from knowing the Lord.

From the acceptance of Jesus Christ and the further study of the bioble. praise and worship..a well discipled person soon will gain experience of God, his righteousness and learning.

Deaprting from sins and unholy ways will even bring more peace and joy in many people.

The funny thing about the atheist's smarmy remarks is, they're experts in all things they don't understand. :)

Here is one way to look at it.

When talking about God' glory, manifest glory, look at examples.

One of the best examples was Moses's many encounters with God's glory and power.

When Moses came down from the mountain where he met with God, *face to face*, his face was glowing and he put a veil over his face to protect the people from God's raw power, and to protect God's raw power from the impudence of the people.

This also was seen in the veil that was erected to separate the Holy of Holies in the tabernacle. The high priest once a year on the Day of Atonement would go in to make sacrifice for the sin of the people of God. If there was found in him fault, sin, God would kill him on the spot. This is why they wore bells on tassles at the bottom of their robes; if it quit jingling the priest was dead.

By the time of Jesus's incarnation the temple veil had been repaired to the point of being about four inches thick of solid cloth. It was 60 feet tall and was a replica of the wilderness veil, it was ripped starting at the top and moving downward. Ripping is fast. Ripping a 4 inch thick reinforced cloth is impossible.

The reason this is related to Moses is that through Jesus, the veil between God and Man is removed. No longer do we have to cower in fear of judgment and death. We can enter boldly into the throneroom of God because of the blood paid for our sin. As this is perfect blood it completely pays for our sin and our sins.

This glory is manifested as through the Apostles. Seeing glory way up in the skies is one thing, it's something we want to reach. God wants to reach people to spread His glory throughout the Earth. He gives us the power to do the signs, wonders, and miracles that the Apostles and the early church did because He wants us to be bold in our faith.

There is a verse that says, "And they that know their God, they shall do exploits." It is not that we know about God, or that we know God, but that we really know our God and His power and faithfulness. His glory is now manifest upon the Earth through His people

First step, faith in whatever you are taught that makes you want to ask such a question. Second, third, and all other steps into infinity = same as step one. I'd like to knows how to define that which cannot be defined?

The NT Bible stories were written to make the old JEWISH GOD religion acceptable to NON-JEWS.

They came up with a story of Jesus knocking down the JEWISH CLERGY on the traditional men washing their hands after taking a leak and especially before dinner. Jesus started to teach that all that is bigotry against the commands of “God.”

The established Jewish Clergy caught the 12 Holy Apostles not washing their hands when they came out of the restroom! Jesus used the occasion to teach that what the Jewish Clergy is teaching about washing is a worthless hygienic ritual!

Jesus was getting is serious trouble with the Clergy all the time!

    Deuteronomy 17:12-13

The man who shows contempt for the Judge or for the PRIEST ministering to the Lord your God MUST BE PUT TO DEATH!*

(*since Jesus didn’t come to change anything, everybody, including Jesus must submit to the Clergy!)

You must purge the evil from Israel*

(*nothing is more EVIL to GOD than to question the Clergy, but Jesus dares them anyway!)

All the people will hear and be afraid, and will not be contemptuous again!*

(*Jesus disregards all the “hygienic traditions” set up by the PRIESTS!)

    ==

A question for Bible school students, how dirty can anybody get without getting sick?

Jesus promised that Christians will eat poison and not die, but Christians know that Jesus is bull-crapping on that one!

    Mark 16:18

(Jesus speaking) They* (*true Christians) shall take up serpents; and if they drink ANY DEADLY THING, IT SHALL NOT HURT THEM;*

(*would it be legal to apply this test on any Christian?)

    Matthew 15:2-3

“Why do your disciples break the TRADITION of the elders? THEY DON'T WASH THEIR HANDS BEFORE THEY EAT!” Jesus replied, “AND WHY DO YOU BREAK THE COMMAND OF GOD FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR* (*hygienic) TRADITION?”

    ==

That was a SNAPPY ANSWER based on Bible rules -1Pet 3:15.

Jesus and his herd of 12 Holy Apostles, aka “DIRTY DOZEN” scorned the Jewish Clergy for teaching to wash hands before dinner!

    Mark 7

    [4]

When they come from the marketplace they do not eat unless they wash. And they observe many other [hygienic] TRADITIONS, such as the WASHING OF CUPS, PITCHERS AND KETTLES.

    [18-19]

“Are you so dull?” he asked. “DON'T YOU SEE that NOTHING that enters a man from the outside can make him ‘unclean’? For it doesn't go into his heart BUT INTO HIS STOMACH, and then out of his body into the latrine.”

    ==

Obviously, Jesus was dead set against washing anything! He NEVER heard of salmonella, E Coli, diarrhea, table manners, etc, etc! Anybody trusting Jesus, aka “The GREAT PHYSICIAN” crafty credentials ought to be examined (John9:6)!

Jesus instituted the weird “Holy Communion” ritual so Christians can eat his flesh and drink his blood as often as they want without washing their hands, but if they get real sick and die it is because they didn’t consume him the right way!

    1 Corinthians 1:29-30

For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh DAMNATION to himself, not discerning THE LORD'S body. For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and MANY SLEEP*

(*were “cut down!” That’s typical Holy Mafia talk!)

As someone said, "Logic and Reason are the enemies of religion."

There are no steps. There are no gods, no heaven, no hell, nothing to be saved from, no talking snakes, no male Jewish zombie, and dead is dead.
