please help me! I have a problem with my ipod nano 8g (6th generation): which version of iTunes should I download for my pc windows 7 64 bit (10.3.1 or 10.4.1????)
I must say that I don't understand much about computers and softwares, so be clear!!

Almost every one says that it is better to download the newest versions of software however, that is not always true. If I were you I would google the two versions and read the reviews. you might just find that the only difference is that it has a better look to it. if this is the case then I can tell you from professional experience that a more graphically inclined program or software update takes up more memory and can quite possibly add to the slowing of your computer. Now if it has more features that would be of use to you I would weigh them against that fact. If you still want those improved features go ahead and download the newer version.Then again the younger generations are all about the look of things.

I find that the newer versions sometimes are not the best versions to download sometimes. I remember one time a couple years back I downloaded the new update I-tunes put out and when I played my pod casts the were all glitchy. I did a system restore and the problem was fixed then I gave that version the benefit of the doubt and installed it again with the same dilemma. So I did system recover again to fix it, then when the following version came out it didn't have the problem anymore. Point being... I rather let others experiment on newer versions first to avoid spending all that time and hard ache.

You need the 64 Bit version of 10.4.1.

10.4.1 is only newer than 10.3.1, tha'ts about it.
