Javascript clock+timezone adjustment?

I want to know if there is a way to have my website display two different clocks on failed check.

More specifically I am working on a website for a store that is in central time zone but pretty close to the line for eastern. Roughly a third of the customer base is eastern time zone. So the shop owner wants to have the website display 1 clock for people in central time zone, but two for those in eastern. One of their time and one of our time. Is there a decent way to get javascript to check the viewer's time zone?
