Viking All Refrigerator (model VCRB) water leak inside?

I have a Viking All Refrigerator (model VCRB) and I noticed water is leaking inside the refrigerator. It generated about 1 to 1.5 cup of water every day at the bottom of the refrigerator.

The refrigerator is fairly new.

How do I fix it?

Thanks in advanced.

Most of the time, the drain under the evaporator is clogged with gunk. You may have to pull everything out and take off the back panel to access it. The water comes from the defrost cycle and the drain makes sure it it is removed. If it hasn't been cleaned for a while, this is most likely your problem.

Now, when you take off the back panel in the cabinet and you see a lot of ice in one area, call a service guy.

If it is still under warranty call a repair service. If not then try reading the owners manual to see if it lists any possible causes. Also put a thermometer in it and see if temps are still below 40 degrees, It could be the defrost circuit is not working right. Also make sure door is sealing tightly. If you cant figure it out you will have to call a professional.
