Switch birth control ... Missed few pills ? ?

I went from sprintec to Levora birth control pills. I have missed a few (not in a row) and had to double up a few times... Ik there's a risk of pregnancy wondering the likely hood of pregnancy and if anyone has gotten pregnant from switching BC and/or missed any pills. (my fiancé have sex atleast once a day FYI)
