I removed my nipple rings?

Now that I have removed ny nipple rings, what should I do? Should I continue to clean them ? Or just let em be ?

    If it's a healed piercing that you're taking the rings out of for the first time, just cleaning it in the shower should be fine. If they aren't healed and you want them to close up, you should continue to clean them with warm water and sea salt until the holes close up.
