There's this one guy in my math class who sits behind me and he keeps poking me with a ruler. Then he starts laughing afterwards. I don't even know why he keeps doing it cause it's really annoying. We're in high school by the way.

He's obviously poking you to get your attention. Either he likes you, or he's trying to annoy you. He sounds immature though. Don't date him, move to another seat.
