Think iv miscarried without knowing I was pregnant?
Early morning I woke up to slight cramping like period pains which is normal for me so I got up and went to toilet to sort myself out to then suddenly get the most excruciating cramps, the worst pain iv ever felt....and really heavy bleeding bright red this continued for about 3 hours. My temperature went through the roof and I felt as if I had to be on the toilet still crippled with pain. Then the pain eased after 2hours roughly (seemed like forever) and stopped then later in day still nothing except I did notice a white pinkish blob as if it was something but i not sure what!??!!! Have I miscarried without knowing I was even pregnant???
Should I go to my doctor ? I haven't told anyone yet, All a bit daunting tbh
Had my last period about 7weeks ago maybe? not very regular anyway so never thought any more of it. Just woke up in the night and it hit me from there....by far the most painful pain iv experienced, everyone in my house was fast asleep so was hauled up in the bathroom wanting to scream was close to waking my parents up to get a doctor out. Sounds dramatic but it was bad ! Really heavy bleeding and pain nothing before just this.

Were you even late or due for your next period yet? It may have been possible. I had an early miscarriage estimated around 7-8 weeks or so. I had irregular period then but had a positive on pregnancy test so I knew I was pregnant. Mine started with light spotting during the day..like pink and brownish with mild cramping. I thought that was normal in the beginning after doing a little research online. But later that night it started with heavy bleeding and lots of blood clots. (sorry so detailed, just trying to give my experience) with I'd say pretty bad cramps. Went to the ER to pretty much confirm what I knew was happening (my husband insisted) I never saw anything come out other than blood clots but at that early, it's to small that early to see much of anything. The hospital did blood work and an ultra sound to confirm. went back a few days later for more blood work to make sure my pregnancy hormones went down on their own, so I didn't need a d&c. Everything happend naturally. It is possible for a miscarriage and not knowing about it, in fact the ER doctor told me that early miscarriages are more common then you think and alot of people have them without even knowing and mistake it as a bad period. Now that it happend (if it was that) I don't think there is a way to tell though. Good luck!

It sounds like you could have had a chemical pregnancy. This is when the egg is fertilized, but never implants itself. Therefore, it is expelled like a period a little before or after your expectant period. Most women do not know they are pregnant when they have chemical pregnancies and just think it is their period. If you did have a chemical period, I assure you the white blob was not the "baby". That would just be tissue from the uterine lining that may have started to build up a little. Chemical pregnancies surprisingly happen quite often, we just don't know it because we do not suspect pregnancy. I would not worry about it too much. If the bleeding comes back and continues for more than 2 weeks or you experience fever and chills I would call your doctor, other than that you should be fine.

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info/
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

This could be many thing i would go to the doctors still .
you could have but the baby would not have been that much visible , ,,, the mass u are talking about could have been the uterus lining (i get this all the time) you could have dismenoreah (i think thats how its spelt) , i also have this its for severe period pain that can be disabling , when i get my period i feel as tho i need to go to the toilet all the time as it feels like my insides are swollen ....
just visit your doctor or call ur local hospital and ask their advice

When you can't get pregnant, and things look good from the outside, it can be extremely frustrating.
The first thing to consider is how long have you been trying. About 80% of couples will get pregnant after six months of trying, and about 90% will be pregnant after 12 months of trying to get pregnant. Anyway this is a great methid to get pregnant fast https://tr.im/51901

Sugar plum, how do you expect us to provide a pregnancy diagnosis via the inter-webs? We aren't psychic. We are not pregnancy testers. Myself, nor anyone else lurking yahoo.answers can confirm a pregnancy.
