HTC Evo 3D or Samsung Galaxy S II Touch 4G?
Im going to get my phone in like 8 hours. I am on sprint and stuck between the 3D and the Epic Touch. I really like both. I was extremely set towards on the 3D before I walked in the store but the guy kept refuting my reasons why i liked it...it almost seemed like he worked undercover for samsung or something lol. So he got really annoying so i left so Im going back tomorro (well actually today its like 2am now or something). I am seeking anyone's opinion but please please give me reasons or i wont consider your points. 10 points to person who gives me best reasons and i get that phone. Here is what I know I like now:
HTC Sense on the 3D. also with sense you have a couple cool features if you misplace your phone a lot and always keep it on vibrate so you can never find it (like me) where you go online and it will make it ring whether its on silent/vibrate or not and you can see its location.
I am not too concerned with the suggested (idk how true) issues with 3D call quality but i only make like 5 or 10 calls a month. More important to me is data, which i heard 3D is better but then i hear other people say the epic is faster and better everywhere, but its hard to tell from bias and idk
I thought that the 3D was mainly built around being 3D that the camera and video would be spectacular on all aspects but only 5mp and 720p is a little disappointing,
I need something durable. The Epic Touch seemed too light and cheap which doesnt sound good for someone who drops their phone all the time. Which phone is more durable? i would definitely get a case for either one i guess.
I also will probably want to root my phone. I will mostly use just the extra apps nothing major like flashing roms and stuff.
I mostly use apps/games, text, surf web, and want something fun.
soooooooooo whatcha think? thanks

I would go with samsung as the older versions of the brand not being good has really driven this new version to excel in all fields. Try to have a clear concept of te features you need. the older versions of Samsun not being good doesn't mean that the new updated one is the same.. It has been created to erase the flaws of the older versions. A d I'm telling you this because the brand name originally made me think twice until I checked the reviews and there is little wonder samsung has produced the most powerful smartphone in the form of galaxy s II now.

I don't know much about those two specific phones, but I know from experience that HTC is always great and Samsung is always complete ****. I've had two Samsung phones just stop working on me randomly. I've had my HTC Evo Shift for a few months, and I LOVE it. Every little thing is perfect about it, at least for me. The camera is like a million megapixels, the screen is big enough to stream high quality netflix or youtube or whatever. I even dropped it on concrete screen-down a week after I got it, and it was 100% fine. I have Sprint, so if you have something else, that may not be an option. Good luck!

I would go with the evo 3d over the galaxy for my own personal preference and some other reasons..i had the galaxy 1 and at first i liked it but over time it got slower..Although both of these phones have the same processors I wouldnt doubt the galaxy 2 to do the same..Unless you are looking for flash with ur camera I would go with the evo because the evo does record in 1080p in 2d just like the galaxy ..plus the evo has 2 cameras
