Have a brown toad in my toilet, do I flush it away or try to pick him up?

Oh my God, bend over and pick the poor thing up out of the toilet. Put it outside and then wash your hands, like seriously, how hard is that to do. Your hands are washable.

If the toad is small enough to actually "flush it", that is an insanely cruel way to kill something. Flushing doesn't kill animals right away and they suffer loads from it.

If the toad is not big enough to flush, you are going to have a nice plumber bill on your hands, plus it's the weekend so it's double time for them.

Be a decent human being and put him outside where he belongs.

did you say flush? no. you could easily pick the toad up. i would say use gloves. even though they do not give warts, it still can have a type of larvae on them that can get you sick. also the toad most likely got there by the toilet. which means it has been swimming in human waste. and that can cause problems like cancer and many more diseases. dont flush but dont touch. good luck

Obviously pick it up and put it outside. You don't need gloves, you just need to was your hands with as hot water as you can stand after you're done handling the toad. I mean, you're sticking your hand in a toilet. Unledd you don't want to. then you can find another way.

Rescue it and put it outside - scoop it up in a small saucepan as they are slippery to hold.
