What defensive position should I play in 8-man football?
I want to play high school football for my senior year. I am 5'5" and weigh 105 lbs. But I am doing P90X and drinking weight gainer shakes. Hopefully, I will be around 150 by next football season. I'm pretty fast and have been tackled without pads by my brother who is 20 lbs bigger than me. My dad will only let me play defense because he doesn't want me to get hurt. I asked him and he said I'd be a good linebacker if I was bigger. But I also took an online quiz and got cornerback. I don't really trust them but whatever.

I highly encourage you to join your high school football team next season. It will still not (yet) be too late for you to start playing football.
Personally, I do not believe that your best fit is on defense. Based on your height and weight, as well as the fact that you are pretty fast, I believe that the best fit for you is at the wide receiver position. You have the ideal size for a high school senior wide receiver.
What you need to do during the next 11 months is eat healthy, and exercise by doing a lot of running every day. If you do these two things, you will get faster, stronger, and into better shape, which will greatly improve your chances of being successful in high school football next season, as well as getting recruited to play for a college football program.

Don't worry about weights,
make sure you can do 100 push ups and at least 25 pull ups and work your way to at least 3 hand stands.
Run 20, 40 yard wind sprints every week day.
find a hill and run up that.
learn how to catch the ball, high, thumbs together, low pinkies together.
before you do any of that, listen to your high school coach.
