I accidentally left some bell peppers in my car overnight. Are they okay?

If they're firm and crisp, they're fine. If they're mushy, throw them out.

Remember -- the grocery stores don't keep these in refrigerated or chilled compartments. They don't need refrigeration.

they will be fine you can keep them out of the fridge for a week and still be fine to eat the dont get refridgerated at the shops anyway

One night will not make a difference, they're ok.
