Here in Brazil it is having a movement detected by the government that was forced to increase the emission of passports for children of Brazilians that live in Europe, sociologists researched the reason and they discovered that Brazilians that live in the exterior enters there is the fear of an eminent war in Europe and for that they are making the Brazilian passport to allow a fast evacuation bound for Brazil.

No because its all about money and the powerfull people in europe just make money if they organize wars against outer, smaller states like iraq. A war in europa would destroy the whole globalised economy.
