Halloween ideas? From scratch?
Anyone have any ideas for halloween I can make from scratch or under $20...completely original...I already have a costume, but I want a laugh or an ah-a or an amen brother

Get an old hat & pair of shoes & super glue cotton balls all over them & dress in white and go as a Q tip.
Put a bunch of cereal boxes on a sword and go as a cereal killer.
Sew a stuffed red rag to a pair of long johns and go as a streaker.

My sister and her friends made M&M shirts, they just picked a color one they wanted to be. Grab a cheap blue shirt, and a white felt, and a pack of white sticky back felt and trace out a big M and stuck it on their stomachs. Then they just wore white shorts.

You can get "Scotch" tape with sticky on both sides. You swab the tape over cottton balls and you make spider webs. You make a great big spider web. People love it.
