What is your favorite Filipino food?

Difficult to say, there are several:

Pancit Sotanghon, Pancit Palabok, Rich/Plain Fried Rice, Sinigang, Tocino, Fresh Lumpia with Garlic Sauce,...

Dessert: Halo-Halo, some fresh (no cream) fruits like Ripe Mango, Atis, Melon, Chico

Drinks: Just water while dinning.

Meal: Kinilaw

Dessert: Buko Pandan

Drink: San Miguel Pale Pilsen

Kinilaw, Bicol Express, Crispy Pata... San Miguel Beer!

By the way people, fried or BBQed chicken is not a Filipino dish any more than a Big Mac is a Filipino dish!!!

Halo-Halo for sure but it DOES depend on where you get it for best quality. Some places only make it with really the basics but good restaurants use real ice cream and that makes a big difference.

Viand: Kare-kare,Crispy Pata,Pinakbet,Chicharong bulaklak,Sisig and Laing...

Dessert:

Buko Pandan,Halaya,and Leche Plan

Merienda:

Turon,Ginataang Bilo-bilo,lumpiang sariwa and LTB

Drinks:
