My girl acting wierd ..im so hurt how can I move on plz help?

Me n my girl now ex ...we was good for a year intill she started school college ,she promise me that she will never talk to no other guy cusz she love me with all her heart , so I gave her my trust ...but not so lone ago she started acting wierd I was like was wrong n she answer me back nothing ! I got comfuse bcus I dint know what was wrong intill my heart started to hurt n feeling wierd like if I knew she was cheating ...but now she told me she was talking to a guy in school n that she needs a break ,she said she love me alot idk how can she tell me that if she talking somebody else . I feel alone n so hurt I feel my.life is over ..help me how can I move on if still love her....n she still texting me n saying I love u
