who would want to race in the public w/out fear of being pulled over and punished?
If there were no rules concerning racing and speed limit. this is a poll for a national petition to help relieve the temptation of illegal racing and making racing something anyone can enjoy w/out athority getting in the way.

So you're suggesting that anyone should be allowed to engage in street racing without any training and without being on a professional track. You're also suggesting that the law should stay out of the way of your death wish and just ignore your reckless disregard for human life. You sir are not the brightest crayon in the box. You race illegally, you're getting ticketed and/or arrested. Get over it.
By the way, petitions need signatures.
