Can you get 2 name changes on WoW with race/appearance change?

It could, but you may also be unable to do any change at all. Perhaps you should have chosen a name you would like for longer? I would personally try waiting the 30 days just in case, but you can try anyways. Or call customer support, the wait times have gotten much better.

There are ways to get it for free in your case.

1. Open a ticket and contact GM. Tell him/her that you accidentally misspelled the name you've desired to re-name to. Your re-name service will be undone and you'll get refunded.

2. Free way. Delete your character, create a new one with exactly same name. Level it to level 5 at least so it would look suspicious. Report to GM that you accidentally removed the wrong character and want it back. GM will get it back and flag it for re-name because you already got char with that name.

And yes, race change will offer you name change straight away.

If you spelled the name wrong, contact billing they may be able to assist you.

If you ninja'd something, you'll just have to suffer it out.

I'm pretty sure it would, but only if you switch to another faction.
